FAQs
How do I get started?
You can begin by scheduling a free initial consultation. This gives you a chance to meet with a therapist, ask questions, and decide if we’re the right fit for your needs.
What can I expect in my first session?
Your first full session will focus on understanding your background, current concerns, and goals for therapy. It’s a chance for us to begin building a foundation for your care.
How long are therapy sessions?
Individual therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes. Child therapy sessions may vary slightly depending on age and attention span.
How often will I need to come?
Most clients begin with weekly sessions, but we’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs and goals.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We’re happy to provide documentation you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
Is everything I say in therapy confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is extremely important to us. Information shared in therapy is confidential, with a few legal exceptions which we’ll review together in your first session.
