Devlin Jackson
DIRECTOR, THERAPIST
Dr. Jackson is a licensed psychologist with over 7,000 hours of clinical care since beginning her doctoral training in 2015. She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University and completed her fellowship in Psychology at Harvard Medical School, with placements at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (in neuropsychology) and at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center. Prior to completing her doctorate, Dr. Jackson obtained Masters’ degrees in Psychology in Education and in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, a Master’s in Education from Harvard University, and a Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College. Her research on psychotherapy has been published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology and in the Psychotherapy Research journal. Dr. Jackson works with children, adolescents, and adults seeking relief from symptoms of anxiety and depression through excellent therapy. She specializes in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and loss, as well as treatment and support for individuals with neurodevelopmental differences, including ADD/ADHD and Autism.

Cayley Bliss
THERAPIST
Cayley Bliss, M.A. has 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in clinical, educational, research, and recreational settings. She has previously worked at Massachusetts General Hospital Department of Psychiatry, Boston College Memory Neuroscience Lab, University of Maryland Child Development Lab, and is currently completing her doctoral training in Counseling Psychology at Boston College. Cayley has provided care to clients with a wide array of presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, OCD, complex trauma, neurodiversity, self harm, suicidal ideation, body image concerns, grief) at the Boston University Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders and the Simmons University Counseling Center. She offers compassionate clinical intervention and is working under the supervision of clinical psychologist Devlin Jackson.

Isabelle Attenborough
THERAPIST
Isabelle Attenborough, MSW, is a therapist at Beacon Hill Therapy who provides compassionate, developmentally attuned therapy for children, teens, and young adults. She offers in-person sessions in our Beverly and Boston offices, as well as virtual therapy for clients throughout Massachusetts. Isabelle earned her Master of Social Work degree from Florida Atlantic University and her Bachelor of Social Work from Belmont University. Her clinical experience includes providing individual, couples, and family therapy in group practice and leading group and individual counseling for adolescents through Accelerated Learning Solutions. Isabelle’s work is guided by empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s needs. Drawing from her background in both clinical and communications settings, Isabelle helps clients build insight, resilience, and self-advocacy skills. She has particular expertise supporting young people navigating identity development, family relationships, academic pressures, and emotional regulation. She is working under the supervision of clinical psychologist Devlin Jackson.

Liza Bloom
CHILD THERAPIST, SUPERVISOR
Liza Bloom, LICSW, has over a decade of experience working with young children and families in early childhood settings. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and has advanced training in relational and attachment-based modalities, including Child-Centered Play Therapy, FloorTime, Theraplay, and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy. Liza is also a certified PLAY Project Consultant—a relationship-based model for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder that promotes connection and developmental growth through play. Before relocating to Boston, Liza worked at a therapeutic preschool in Brooklyn, NY, supporting children ages 2.9 to 5 with behavioral challenges and developmental delays. She believes deeply in the power of play and relationships as sources of healing and growth, and she partners closely with caregivers to help them better understand their child’s needs and rediscover joy, delight, and ease in daily interactions.

Meredith Nocek
CONSULTING THERAPIST
Meredith Nocek, LMHC, is a seasoned psychotherapist based in Boston, Massachusetts, currently serving as a consulting therapist at Beacon Hill Therapy. With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in long-term, psychoanalytically informed psychotherapy, drawing primarily from Self Psychological theory and integrating mindfulness practices into her work. Meredith’s therapeutic approach is deeply relational and introspective, focusing on helping clients explore how their past experiences-particularly in relationships, sexuality, and cultural identity-shape their current sense of self. She works with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, and is particularly attuned to issues related to self-esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Her practice is inclusive and affirming, with a strong commitment to supporting those navigating complex identity dynamics. Meredith is a member of the International Association for Psychoanalytic Self Psychology and is a psychoanalytic training candidate offering supervised psychoanalytic therapy.

Alexandra Fabbri is a rising junior at Tufts University, majoring in Clinical Psychology. As the Mental Health Communications Intern at Beacon Hill Therapy, she combines her passion for mental wellness with her skills in communications and digital storytelling. In this role, Alexandra develops engaging psychoeducational materials for our clients and curates content aimed at increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and connecting clients with resources.

Dr. Melzer, Ed.D., M.S., M.A., serves as the Social Media Coordinator at Beacon Hill Therapy, where she leverages her extensive background in mental health counseling and education to foster community engagement and awareness. With advanced degrees from Columbia University and Queens College, Dr. Melzer brings a rich understanding of developmental psychology and health education to her role. Her professional experience includes working with individuals and families, specializing in areas such as pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum, life transitions, and women’s issues. In her capacity at Beacon Hill Therapy, she combines her clinical expertise with strategic communication skills to create impactful social media content that resonates with diverse audiences and promotes mental health advocacy.

Allison Barron, MA, brings over 14 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, strategy consulting, and cross-sector collaboration to her role as Practice Manager at Beacon Hill Therapy. She has led initiatives across foundations, academic institutions, and mission-driven organizations. Allison is passionate about building systems that support equity, resilience, and well-being.
